CCLMV UPDATE: July 22, 2024
A core group of concerned Michigan voters sought a solution to the massive alterations being made to our State Constitution and State Election Laws initiated by highly partisan private democrat party associated groups like Promote the Vote, 1630 Fund and numerous Soros backed organizations seeking Democrat Party political dominance in our future.
To be very clear, this mission by the Michigan Group is entirely non-partisan. Interest in free, fair, lawful, secure, and transparent elections is a totally non-partisan issue that impacts every Michigan citizen and every citizen of the United States.
Initial seed funding to develop a strategy and petition for the Michigan group was provided by The Lindell Offense Fund.
A group of strategic researchers and legal professionals were contracted to assist in the strategic development, planning and drafting of the first Election Integrity case of its kind, a case of, by, and for concerned Legal Michigan Voters, filed directly with the Michigan Supreme Court under the courts original Jurisdiction.
The Petition for Declaratory Judgment was originally filed with the Michigan Supreme Court on June 28, 2024. The original filing was rejected by the Court Clerk on erroneous procedural grounds.
The petition was then filed a second time with a cover Motion for Leave explaining to the Court why this petition belongs in the State Supreme Court under its original jurisdiction, docketed by the court on or about July 9, 2024. (MSC 167296)
The Motion for Leave is before the Michigan Supreme Court as we await a response from the Court on the Motion for Leave. All related documents are available at the CCLMV.com site HERE.
The original Pro-Se (class action) type filing by the Coalition of Concerned Legal Michigan Voters is protected by the Michigan Constitution via the “legal standing” of every Michigan citizen’s Right to bring this case to the Supreme Court.
Now, it’s time to bring in Legal Representation for the group. As a Pro-Se petition, each co-petitioner is originally representing themselves. While each co-petitioner has the right to represent themselves, none has the right to represent others as none are licensed attorney’s authorized to legally represent the group in its entirety.
As a result, the group is now bringing in a Law Firm to represent the group as the case advances. The firm chosen to represent the group is The Former Feds Group. The attorney chosen to represent the group is Bradford Geyer, founder of the Former Feds Group. The co-petitioners will remain in control of decisions related to the case. But Bradford Geyer will legally represent the group, appearing on behalf of the group and updating filings when necessary.
Case Funding
As we all know, legal expenses associated with seeking justice these days can get expensive. As a result, additional seed funds to bring Geyer and his firm on board will be requested of the Lindell Offense Fund to get started. But then, everything must be paid for by voluntary donations from citizens equally concerned with the state of elections in Michigan and the USA. The importance of this case stretches far beyond the borders of the State of Michigan.
Therefore, two donation links have been created and will be posted on the CCLMV website.
The Lindell Offense Fund has agreed to take in donations on behalf of the Michigan Mission. 100% of funds donated for the CCLMV mission will be earmarked and sent to CCLMV by the Lindell Offense Fund. The first settlement from the Lindell Offense Fund is already being sent to CCLMV.
The second donation link will go directly to the firm representing CCLMV, The Former Feds Group. Again, donations coming in for the purpose of the CCLMV mission will be directed to related case expenses. These measures have been established to avoid CCLMV accumulating any legal bills for the mission.
Co-Petitioner Representation
In order to make it as easy as possible for each co-petitioner to accept legal representation, a sign-up page has been created on the Former Feds Group website. In order to remain a co-petitioner on this case, each petitioner will need to visit and complete the form on the firm website HERE.
This move eliminates the need for each co-petitioner to complete, sign, and file individual petitioner forms directly with the court. It also eliminates the need for any co-petitioner to appear before the court, unless ordered to appear by the court for testimony.
It’s important for all co-petitioners to understand that although hundreds of Election Integrity cases have been filed across the country since 2020, to no real avail, this is the first case of it’s kind. Each must also understand that because the Michigan State Secretary has been working with the State Secretaries of other “swing states,” the mission in Michigan will have an impact in all swing states.
The bottom line is this… without free, fair, lawful, secure and transparent elections, the good people of Michigan, and the country, have nothing. The overt efforts by private groups and officials in numerous states to undermine and eliminate fair elections must be confronted and put down as unlawful and unconstitutional acts.
Michigan is where it all begins… Please CLICK HERE to register for legal representation today.
Thank you all for making this stand for freedom, liberty, and justice for all.
